- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
- Mix cooked macaroni, beef mixture, soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
