- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup self-rising flour
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the self-rising flour and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder and 0.25 tsp salt.
- Check the bread halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
