  5. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder and 0.25 tsp salt.
