Ingredients

- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Mix flour and yogurt in a bowl until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 2 minutes on a floured surface.
- Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin circle.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 4 minutes per side.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 1 minute.
- Add garlic powder or herbs for extra flavor.
