Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 4 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to check if brownies are done; it should come out mostly clean.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • For fudgier brownies, reduce cooking time by 30 seconds.
