Instructions

- Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
- Slice each half into ½-inch thick wedges.
- Toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if desired before serving.
