Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
- Slice each half into 1-inch thick wedges.
- Toss the squash wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon (if using).
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and golden.
- While the squash cooks, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Drizzle the brown butter over the cooked squash before serving.
