Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix cream, Parmesan, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place cooked pasta in an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Pour sauce mixture over pasta and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
