- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream, Parmesan, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place cooked pasta in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Pour sauce mixture over pasta and stir to coat evenly.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
