Description

A quick and healthy alternative to traditional pasta, these air fryer alfredo zucchini noodles are light, flavorful, and easy to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the zucchini noodles in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-4 minutes to soften slightly.
  7. Toss the cooked zucchini noodles with the alfredo sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
