Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the zucchini noodles in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-4 minutes to soften slightly.
- Toss the cooked zucchini noodles with the alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
