Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Grease a donut mold or shape dough into rings on parchment paper.
  5. Place donuts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
