- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Grease a donut mold or shape dough into rings on parchment paper.
- Place donuts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, dust with cinnamon or drizzle with sugar-free glaze.
