Description
Light and fluffy angel food cake bites made easily in your air fryer. Perfect for a quick, sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 12 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Sift flour and 3/4 cup sugar together, set aside.
- Beat egg whites until frothy, then add cream of tartar and salt. Beat until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add remaining sugar, then vanilla and almond extracts. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in flour mixture gently until fully incorporated.
- Spoon batter into greased mini muffin tins or silicone molds.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and springy.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Ensure egg whites are at room temperature for best volume.
- Do not grease the pan if using traditional angel food cake pan.
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
