- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Take small portions of the apple mixture and shape them into balls.
- Dip each ball into flour, then egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated apple bombs in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best results.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
