Ingredients

- 2 medium apples (any variety)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning)
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the apples (about 1/8 inch thick). Remove seeds if desired.
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice (if using) to prevent browning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Arrange apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Sprinkle cinnamon lightly over the slices if desired.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flip slices, then air fry for another 5–8 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Let cool completely before serving. They will crisp up further as they cool.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Thinner slices yield crispier chips.
