- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add apple cider, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Scoop small portions of the batter and shape into bite-sized balls.
- Place the donut bites in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
- Roll the warm donut bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
