- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes until soft. Let cool.
- Spread cheese and apple mix on tortillas. Roll tightly, tucking in the edges.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray rolls with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip halfway.
- Serve warm.
