Ingredients

- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Divide apple mixture evenly among tortillas. Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
- Brush chimichangas with melted butter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.

- Use Granny Smith apples for tartness.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
