A quick and healthy breakfast made in the air fryer with apples, cinnamon, and oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, diced apple, cinnamon, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway, until creamy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use steel-cut oats for a chewier texture.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
- Top with nuts or yogurt for extra crunch or creaminess.
