Description

A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with tender apples and a crunchy oatmeal streusel topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly.
  4. Place diced apples in an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the apples.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and apples are tender.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
