A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with tender apples and a crunchy oatmeal streusel topping.

- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Place diced apples in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the apples.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
