- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss diced apples with lemon juice, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, and salt to make the crumble topping.
- Divide apple mixture into 4 ramekins or oven-safe cups.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Top with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
