- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Stir in milk to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and cut into squares.
- Place an apple wedge on each dough square and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Fold the dough around the apple and seal the edges.
- Place dumplings in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best results.
- Let the dumplings cool slightly before drizzling caramel.
