Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

- Add milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Scoop small portions into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional powdered sugar or syrup.
