Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp coarse sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss diced apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Roll out pie crust and cut into 4-inch circles.
  4. Press circles into muffin tin or silicone cups.
  5. Fill each cup with apple mixture.
  6. Top with another pie crust circle or lattice strips.
  7. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle coarse sugar if desired.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
