Ingredients

  • 2 cups peeled and sliced apples
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut into strips for a lattice top or use whole for a full crust.
  4. Fill the pie crust with the apple mixture and top with the remaining crust.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
