Ingredients

- 2 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into strips for a lattice top or use whole for a full crust.
- Fill the pie crust with the apple mixture and top with the remaining crust.
- Brush the top with melted butter.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best results.
- Adjust sugar based on apple sweetness.
- Check pie halfway to prevent over-browning.
