Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Arrange asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6 minutes, then shake the basket.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the asparagus.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden and asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Trim woody ends of asparagus before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of asparagus.
- For extra crispiness, spritz with oil before adding cheese.
