Description

Crispy avocado fries made easily in an air fryer for a healthy snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut avocados into thick slices.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Whisk egg and water in another bowl.
  5. Dip avocado slices in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
  6. Place coated slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.
