Description
Crispy avocado fries made easily in an air fryer for a healthy snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut avocados into thick slices.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and water in another bowl.
- Dip avocado slices in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Place coated slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe avocados for best results.
- Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
- Best eaten fresh.
