Ingredients

- 1 egg
Instructions
- Cut avocados into thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip avocado slices in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Use firm but ripe avocados for best results.
- Check for doneness at 8 minutes to prevent burning.
- Serve with dipping sauce like ranch or spicy mayo.
