Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados into thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip avocado slices in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
