- 2 large eggs
- 2 frozen hash brown patties
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the bacon slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the hash brown patties to the air fryer basket and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully pour the eggs into the air fryer basket, avoiding the bacon and hash browns.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
