- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the peach halves with honey or maple syrup.
- Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the peaches.
- Drizzle with vanilla extract.
- Add a small piece of butter to the center of each peach half if desired.
- Place peaches in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
- Serve warm with yogurt or ice cream if desired.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe peaches for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on peach size and air fryer model.
- Can substitute brown sugar for honey if preferred.
