Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry.
- Poke each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check doneness with a fork.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Potatoes should be similar size for even cooking.
- No need to wrap in foil.
- For crispier skin, brush with more oil.
