Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry.
  3. Poke each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place potatoes in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Check doneness with a fork.
