Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
  2. Poke potatoes with a fork 5-6 times each.
  3. Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 35 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Check for doneness with a fork. Cook 5 more minutes if needed.

Notes

  • Use potatoes of similar size for even cooking.
  • For crispier skin, increase cooking time by 5 minutes.
