Description
Crispy air fryer baked potatoes with rosemary. A simple, quick side dish with minimal effort.

- 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and dried
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
- Poke potatoes with a fork 5-6 times each.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for doneness with a fork. Cook 5 more minutes if needed.
Notes
- Use potatoes of similar size for even cooking.
- For crispier skin, increase cooking time by 5 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream or butter if desired.
