Description

Crunchy granola with baklava flavors, made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir to coat.
  4. Spread mixture in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Add dried apricots and cook 2 more minutes.
  7. Let cool before storing.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Use any nuts you prefer.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
