Description
Crunchy granola with baklava flavors, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir to coat.
- Spread mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add dried apricots and cook 2 more minutes.
- Let cool before storing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Use any nuts you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
