Ingredients

- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
- 1 cup grated apple (about 1 medium)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, grated apple, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
- Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Adjust sugar based on apple sweetness.
- Check muffins at 12 minutes to avoid over-baking.
