Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, grated apple, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
