Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Scoop small portions of batter into greased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
