Ingredients

- 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium bananas)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits inside your air fryer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-35 minutes.
- Check doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, remove the bread.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers wrapped tightly at room temperature for up to 3 days.
