A quick and easy recipe for air fryer banana chocolate cupcakes that are moist, fluffy, and full of flavor.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash the banana and add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into cupcake liners, filling each 2/3 full.
- Place liners in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep cupcakes fluffy.
