- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spoon small portions of batter onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.

- Use ripe bananas for better sweetness.
- Adjust sugar based on banana ripeness.
