Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, oats, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop small portions onto parchment paper and flatten slightly.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for sweetness.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
