Description
Crispy and tender barbecue ribs made quickly in the air fryer with minimal effort.
Ingredients

- 1 rack baby back ribs (about 2 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rub ribs with olive oil.
- Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat ribs evenly with the spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place ribs in the air fryer basket, meat-side down, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Flip ribs and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 5 more minutes for extra crispiness.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on rib thickness.
- Use any preferred barbecue sauce.
- Check ribs halfway to prevent burning.
