Description

Crispy and tender barbecue ribs made quickly in the air fryer with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back ribs (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Rub ribs with olive oil.
  3. Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat ribs evenly with the spice mix.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place ribs in the air fryer basket, meat-side down, and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip ribs and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 5 more minutes for extra crispiness.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
