Description

A creamy and rich Basque cheesecake with a caramelized top, made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in vanilla, heavy cream, flour, and salt until combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
  • Parchment paper helps with easy removal.
