- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the brisket dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix BBQ seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the brisket evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the brisket in the air fryer basket. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip the brisket and brush with half the BBQ sauce. Cook for another 30 minutes.
- Brush with remaining BBQ sauce and cook for 10 more minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
