- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then brush with BBQ sauce.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and tender.
- Serve immediately.
