- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Notes
- Let the lamb chops rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chops.
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for better flavor.
