Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the ribs dry and rub them with olive oil.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
- Place ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on rib thickness.
- Add more BBQ sauce if desired.
- For extra tenderness, marinate ribs for 1-2 hours before cooking.
