Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Rub the brisket with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Coat the brisket evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the brisket in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then flip and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 195°F).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
