Description

A quick and easy meal featuring seasoned beef, rice, and fresh toppings cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then mix in the taco seasoning.
  3. Divide the cooked rice between two air fryer-safe bowls.
  4. Top the rice with seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Place the bowls in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
