Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then mix in the taco seasoning.
- Divide the cooked rice between two air fryer-safe bowls.
- Top the rice with seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Place the bowls in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
