Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean beef (top round or flank steak)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  2. Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  3. Add beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 180°F (82°C).
  5. Place the marinated beef strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
