- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or pasta.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check internal temperature—meatballs should reach 160°F (71°C).
