Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use steaks of even thickness for even cooking.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer: 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium.
