- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil.
- Mix rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the beef evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place the beef in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
