Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil.
  3. Mix rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Coat the beef evenly with the herb mixture.
  5. Place the beef in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  7. Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
