Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the beet puree, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
