- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place the mixed berries in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the berries.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the berries are warm and the topping is slightly bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then top with whipped cream if desired.
- Serve immediately.
